The thing is porting stuff from SR:TT is possible with our current tools if it replaces some weapon from SRIV.
That won't change with the first package of the SDK since it will make replacement of weapons with custom models possible not adding them, yet.

It basically would be possible with various workarounds, like adding : "UNKNOWN" Tag to existing .xtbl, str2_pc, ... - files which haven't been added by the mod installer itself.
That would only work on the overall first start of the program, unless you'd do 2 copies of any file and then check...
First of all,
Volition would have to make the engine even handle loading and using 3/more fully customized players.
Which is way more work than just changing the netcode to allow 3/more players connecting.
If they managed that without any sort of bug they can work on balancing it.
Thats normal.
Any SB+ Command makes that output to the remote player.
Super Speed isn't disabled, but it's slower than the normal walking.
Volition forgot to modify that.
