I think it's interesting to experience SR:TT with nicer visuals. Unfortunately it's very buggy; with botched lip-sync, poor models, broken Co-Op, awful lighting, lots of screen-tear, etc. If you're a fan of SR:TT, I'd definitely recommend you wait till it's cheaper (when it's on Steam) for you...

Try deleting all files ending in "_veh.xtbl", and "player_creation_hair_colors.xtbl". I plan to release a new version soon anyway

Nice job! I strongly suggest changing the "white" RBG value to 200,200,200. I know you already have a true white in there, but it would be nice to have the vanilla white be improved so it can show on existing tems.

So do texture mods actually have an effect in-game, or do they just not freeze the game? It might be that they simply aren't being read

I doubt this. You can't just push the "delay game" button without causing a plethora of issues, especially when you're moving a game to an entire year later. I hope this is false for a number of reasons

Some stores have a limit on how much clothes that can be added that has been reached in GOTR. Try removing some clothes from stores and replacing them with the pilot items.
