Working on them now. What I'm doing here is replacing the ones Masamaru made with the ones from Saints Row 1, then I repack them with Masamaru's "sr2pegtool.exe" tool. If you want these Saints Row loading screens for your own, here they are.

Nothing is hard to read, it's all perfect to me. I have a dark theme on my Windows 10 pc and it goes good with that theme too.

Update! This mod is focused on the restoration of the vehicle colors from Saints Row 1, the first game. I now have several colors already restored and it still isn't done yet! The screens was used with Jet Black and Ultra White, now the police cars look more like the one from Saints Row.

Are you really going to make an all female enemies mod for SR2? Good luck!

Like I said in the previous post, it's going to be a daunting task, not going to be an overnight success. There are more NPCs in the game than you realize. By the way I installed your mod and it crashes SR2 all the time. Something wasn't done right.
