Did you add them to Steam with the "Add a non-Steam game to your library" function?

If there's another weapon sound in the game that sounds like a minigun I could probably reuse it for the minigun, replacing the original sound. Maybe one of the attack chopper guns might work...

From what I hear, apparently if you create a folder in data called "[whatever]_mods" pack your modified files into a VPP_PC file called "Mods.vpp_pc", and place it in the custom folder, the game should read it. Such as "sr5\data\example_mods\mod.vpp_pc"

So to repack files we simply place loose modified files in a "data_mods" folder in the roots folder and the game will read them? We don't need to repack the modified files into a vpp_pc?

Made a fix for Sandbox+ so it should now work with controllers. Download SR3R_Sandbox+_controls_fix.rar extract it with winRAR, and replace the original control_schemes.xtbl with the new one

Here, this should fix it for the current version. But I wanna give credit to Rainzeros (the original poster of the lua patch), as well as Admixon for teaching me how to hex edit the packfile, and Singa for testing it out.

It ran but there was no visible change. It was a while ago so I can't remember the details of how I did it but I think it was just by hex editing the files

This is all amazing! I remember trying to forcibly replace that Brotherhood shipment chunk from that one BH mission with a cloned SR2 city block chunk, as a rudimentary attempt to test a "new island" but sadly that didn't work lmao. Can't wait to see what progress is made with this 🙏

Sorry, but I have no idea what's causing this, and I'm not having any of these issues. Maybe try the loose packfile version, as it is more stable. Did you use Viper's ASM updater tool? Maybe double-check if you used the tool correctly. Or maybe check the FAQ thread to see if it's just a general...

It would be great if you guy would let me know what mods you're using so I can narrow down this "no waypoint" bug

I've never had this issue. Did you update your .asm files? What optional mods are you using?

For Steam? You need to install the lua patch.

Sorry, don't plan on making another version. Any future SR2 mods will be standalone and not part of Nova SPE. If the current version isn't compatible with the patch when it releases, then I'll probably update it

Are you using any other mods? Try using this file instead
