The "non customizable vehicle" prompt is just an oddity with unlockables. I ran into this first when I wanted to make Foreign Power-like vehicle purchases through the phone. If you add vehicles to the garage like this they cannot be customized. However, getting them from traffic/spawning works...

I see these have the same issue as my Zin Hovercars, where bullets pass through the vehicles. You should probably put up a notice that these are not suited for actual gameplay, as enemies can perfectly hit you despite being in a car. Also, I'm not sure why you've removed customization options...

You only need that patch if you use MLVNRT's mods. Otherwise, you only need the files from v1.0, v1.1 and v1.2.

The Santa Suit and Merry Xmas sweater from How The Saints Saved Christmas have been added in v1.2. You can find the Santa Suit at Let's Pretend, and the sweater at Planet Saints and Nobody Loves Me. Happy Holidays, people!

Yes. Also: GAT V Pack items have been added in the new update. Originally, I wanted to include some tattoos from SR1/2, along with some custom ones, but haven't had the time nor energy to finish them up. Maybe some other time.
