so, turns out megafreeman was correct. it wasn't an update on the patch itself, it was maintenance from stream as it caused any app withpassword branches to be updated. same happend to the saints row 4 app as well: https://steamdb.info/app/206420/history/

Deep Silver is shit for forcing Volition to charge for christmas stuff, if they were behind it that is, but you would think that Volition would ensure that the dlc would register at the very least. Jeez.

man, I can't even complete the game 100% now. Can't unlock the final venture because it didn't read one of the missions complete and can't complete a challenge because a key component(being vague about this because spoilers) is missing.

I completed the main story line without first doing the empire build up levels. So when I completed the level good cop/bad cop mission, the "let's build a tower" mission tells me I have 10/11 missions required to unlock it but no more missions are popping up. did I fuck up or am I good?
