Windows 11 have so many issues what i heard you might go back W10and see if the issues still happened or no(well not all user have this issues but people also recommended Just keep on W10 some games might have issues in W11)

Fr i gotta admit it the snow mods also makes it alot worse(not insulting the one who made it but it also affect the framedrops when i test it/without that mods) with that... Other areas seems fine barrio and mountain looks like have alot issues for the lighting that cause frame drops so badly

Okay something triggered for the issues in here is maybe combat overhaul cause it try with Vanilla GotR then lets see if the bugs still going or not
