Not easy lol. When you repack it, it will say preload_rigs_packed.vpp, rename the file to preload_rigs.vpp and remove the_packed;). For some reason it does that but it works:p

Unpack with gibbed tools by dragging the .vpp file on gibbedunpack.vpp.exe and it extracts the contents. To repack it drag the folder onto gibbedpackvpp.exe after replacing files. This contains all tools necessary to modify game files
