    Assuming the xex here is 1.0.1 just use the Canary patch and change the hash to Phantasy's Row xex hash in the patch.

    Not much I can really do, and it's not a Juiced bug this is how the water is, even on x360. 16:9 Squished to 21.5:9 Native 21.5:9 This also happens on Xbox 360, I'd have to spend time trying to find what causes it, could be baked into the water shader no idea.

    SweetFX is ancient and abandoned, You should stick to Reshade, you can load Reshade before DXVK or after DXVK, also REST 1.3.0 works with SR2 and you can render shaders before the HUD

    The turning radius for some reason uses the unwritten to FOV multiplier which by default is 1.333333, that we are using to multiply the FOV, I just fixed it, it'll be included in the next update

    dinput8.dll is supposed to be in the same directory as SR2, with a scripts folder having the asis in them, if that doesn't work try this this one it should create a message box if it hooked correctly at startup like this

    Yeah it's intentional it's only really meant for ultrawide as it was vert- previously I can have it get effected but I don't think it's really desired for 16:9
