Are things that were weird in the Inauguration Station (i.e.:incorrect default colours) not weird in the final build?

Sorry if this is kind of a stupid question, but where do I find the Flying "El Train"? Is it a rare vehicle, or do I have to buy it from a shop?

I think a lot of the changes to clothing (one mesh, one colour, missing items, etc) were just changes to the Inauguration Station to sasve space. The entire thing is 1.3 gb, most of which I'd imagine is meshes and textures, while I'll bet the full game plenty more, and with less glitches.

Am I the only one who finds it at all odd that the female preset face is set at all 50, whereas the male preset face is not?

The colours do work, they're just on the tiniest details.

Ah, yeah. Could have made a better example. I guess what I meant is: Not every engine is like the source engine. You can't just go on and enhance it for a good nine, ten years.

A lot of what they did in Saints Row 3 probably couldn't be done on the Saints Row 2 engine. I mean, could you imagine a working VTOL in an engine that started in 2006?
