Autodesk changed their policies last year tho, you cant really get maya for free anymore unless can prove them that you are an actual student enrolled in a school, and the license will only last a year... so yeah rip. You can try another option and get it elsewhere... if you know what i mean
they will never, but we can theorically port SR4 mods to the remaster since the file format is the same, but we need test first, and we cant test because the remaster doesnt have basic unpacking and repacking tools.
They said a year ago that the remaster wont receive official modding support.
For some reason the cloning tool fails to copy certain items and theres nothing you can do about it, if you are going to replace it with a new mesh you can just try another item.
It contains the meshes and textures of all the NPCs in game.
If you replace it with the remaster file it would either crash or not load anything at all.

-If mods folder doesnt exist, create it it manually inside the game root folder.
