Rastaman made this mod before we were able to modify or replace game meshes. Npcs limbs are slightly shorter than the player one, thats why it has those clipping issues on the fingers, and for the same reason the body sliders wont work with this.

I fixed that issue modifying the mesh, but is for SR4 only. Doubt rastaman will update this mod tho

try using "cf_hat_bathtowel" if it doesnt work then you are prob doing something wrong

The cloning tool fails with certain items, it seems like the generic hero mask is one of those :p Try using another one.

Well, thats the point, we cant edit the vanilla files, so the only option is to extract the mesh, and add it as a new cloned item. Thats the only way to do it.
