So the patched dropped, cheats are back, they disabled the DLC or more like they disabled an ability to play it and my saves aren't corrupted anymore

He's playing on Xbox so I'm guessing PC players only are very unlucky with the update

Oh and yea, my save file is corrupted and the game crashes when I press "Continue" button or load the game manually. Glad I saved the game on a different slot. So I loaded an older save and yea, cheats are gone... What a mess.

I remember using cheats in previous games would flag your saves but not block you from saving lol

There's a bug (not sure if it's patched already) that let's you play the DLC earlier. It's planned to release in July but many people are playing it right now.
