Hi I've got the game through Steam and its been working great up until the last couple of days. But now it gets to the loading screen and crashes out every time I try, I've tried veryfing the whole files thing and keep getting the 1 file failed to validate and will be reaquired message but...

Hope this ok to post but having some issues when using a couple of the SR3 clothing mods in particular the stockings/lingerie mod and the ported SR4 clothing mod the issue being when I have said mods installed the game doesn't get past the loading screen. But once I remove the mods it loads...
