I also use Masamaru's texture pack on my game I just replaced his weather and time of day files with mine from my texture pack. I think both texture packs looks better without HDR enabled, also having DOF (Depth of Field) disabled too. The best way to combine two weather mods is to use Winmerge, it's not easy but it does the job, google it. Or you can upload your weather files here and I'll see what I can do with them. You mention you liked the mornings in my time of day file from my texture pack, I can put them mornings into Masamaru's time of day file that came with his texture pack for you.I saw the first two links you provided and to me they looked too bright. The third link you provided is pretty good but the nights still aren't dark enough, but the mornings are really good. Is there a way I can learn to combine two different weather mods? I like the mornings in the texture pack you provided but I'm using Masamaru's texture pack and so far and I think this is the darkest night I will find. Also should HDR be enabled with these different weather mods?
If you could add the mornings from your weather mod into Masamaru's that would be fantastic.
Edit: Also sorry for bothering you further, but I was curious about the texture pack you made. Does it use assets from Saints Row 1 or does it simply use textures that are close to Saints row 1? Are the textures also higher quality than the default ones? I wanted to use the pack but I didn't like any of the UI changes like the startup menu.
You're welcome. The only mod I know of would be Over-The-Shoulder Camera (SR:TT Style) by GM1111001. You can get it here https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/over-the-shoulder-camera-sr-tt-style.5623/Thank you very much I will try it out as soon as I get on. I just had one more question, but it's not relating to weather. Do you know of any mod that doesn't center the camera and instead makes the camera sort of on the shoulder? I've tried the mod here,

But most of the times when I aim the camera will lower itself even when I'm not crouching, it also seems to make me move slower when sprinting, but I'm not sure about this.
