HD Screenshots?

I really loved my character I played with her in Saint's Row 3-4 and I want to make some wallpapers and sh*ts from her. I tried in-game screenshot and quality is bad. I tried Steam screenshot and quality is bad again... Can I get good quality screenshots?
 
For high quality/resolution screenshots, you must adjust the game's resolution to higher than what you are currently playing.

Depending on your graphics component, it may be possible to use DSR (dynamic super resolution) with nVidia Control Panel or CCC...possible even RivaTuner could help an IntelHD onboard graphics...to apply DSR.

There is no viable option for up-scaling existing screenshots to higher quality; doing so only adds more pixels, usually making the screenshot blurry instead of crisper. (Setting aside the possibility of using Photoshop to engineer a crisper, higher resolution image.)

If you are able to use DSR, in my experience, the performance drop during play is minimal.
