Flow finished up the work on the tutorials for the clothing SDK and is doing a final pass to double check. Looking like we'll be releasing next week!

is the modding patch coming as well, or is that being delayed until the Workshop is made public?

The modding patch will go public simultaneously with Workshop. We're going to be releasing the clothing SDK first so we have some items created and up on it beforehand. There's also a couple of small remaining bugs in the modding patch that need to be squashed.
Gotcha. Do you think it'll be out before the end of the year? It'd be perfect timing for it to come out just in time for Christmas!
