Help finding a clothing mod

There was a clothing mod a little while back for SRTT that unlocked a bunch of previously locked clothing, including the male morningstar coat/tie combo thing. I think it was called "MR -something-s clothing mod" or something. Anyone know of this mod or any other mod that unlocks a bunch of the clothing in game?
