So I have my character from SRTT and want to remake him in SR2 but all my attempts look bad so is someone able to do this for me?

That might be impossible as SR2 runs on a different engine than SRTT.

You can try to run both games at same time and alt-tabbing to get face close... For example here my tries of backward porting character from sr2 to sr3 (most face slider are on same numeratic values):
