The download fails for some odd reason.
The download link worked for me. I'm using your texture pack with GotR along with SweetFX 2.0 + Reshade. I managed to locate the modified time_of_day.xtbl file from \optional_mod_stuff\modified folder. What I've done was removed most if not all of the fog from within the file then went back and rebuild the patch (patch.vpp_pc). It looks great with your texture pack.

Yeah, was I also noticed after the last time posted a photo. Already it has been corrected.
SR2 is using some of the transparent texture, and it is difficult to create a new transparent texture.
This time, I think that it can be corrected well.
Texture of the drum barrels and decals are now more detailed.
Please wait until the next version of the release.
Now I'm doing the coding work of sr2pegtool in order to improve the image quality of mipmap.
It is not at the stage can still be published, but It is confirmed that clearly improve image quality of the game.

Is this the issue where certain textures like water will appear black? If so, what file fixes this problem?
