I'm looking for a mod that lets you edit your notoriety and so far i have found a few that do however none of these lets you freeze your notoriety. Lets say I start to fight the Morning Star, all is fine and fun till the 3rd star after that the brutes start to come and they keep coming after me in order to knock me down or the police brings a tank that sets me flying...I know there are methods to avoid these ragdolls but i'm looking for a straightforward notoriety editor.
 
Can you please tell me which button freezes the notoriety at a certain level cause all i could find was a "lock notoriety at zero" anything else was add or remove...
