No lights on ground

Hey, when is in SR2 night, there aren't any lights on the ground. I saw videos and images, where players have lights on the ground. Where is the problem?

It is because the headlight is damaged.
Try to start the race after you repair the car in the garage or Rim Jobs.

Now I know, what was that. It works, but only with dynamic lights on full and that function I can't use on my PC, so I'm playing SR2 on low settings.
