According to TableTemplates section in homies.xtbl, Donnie, William Sharp, Dane Vogel, Viola and Lin were supposed to be in some kind of DLC. Only Donnie got included Enter the Dominatrix. Also, there was supposed to be UFO delivery.
There are 6 weapon skins, 3 cheats, 2 hairstyles and some money and respect bonuses listed as 'SilverLink'. Nobody knows what it is exactly but according to strings it was some kind of Deep Silver community and the player was supposed to get this stuff by creating an account there. It never saw the daylight though.
