For those, who are playing with Saints Row 1 on Xenia and can't run the other mod, which requires you to replace packfiles in your SR1 dump's folder.
I was drunk, when I made (and when I post) this, but hey it works and it didn't crash the emulator for me.
HOW TO INSTALL IT:
1.) Copy this file into your Saints Row 1 root directory... the one where you run the SEX... I mean the XEX file
2.) You make sure that in the patches folder there's a toml file for Saints Row 1. Inside it you enable
"Loose VPP Content loading".
3.) You launch the game in da emulator and you're one happy Chief Monroe (Except that you don't get blow up)
