VEHICLE SOUND DELAY BUG.

I bought this game a few months ago on steam and downloaded it today. I play it like 30 mins of it. Then I realized that the car had a sound delay as shown in the attached video. Nevertheless, it happens to every single vehicle I get into.

So, I start lurking around the internet for the fix.
I tried the opening steam in Big Mode (Didn't fix em)
Some suggested me to open the VLC media player before playing the game (Didn't fix em)

Any solution to fix this bug?

My PC Spec:
HP Pavilion Gaming 15
AMD Ryzen 5 (3500H)
Nvidia GTX 1050 (3GB VRAM)
Windows 11 Home

In my experience, SR3/4 have bugged car audio when the game runs past 60 FPS. Try turning Vsync on, this should limit the game to 60 FPS on your laptop.

I find having *any* FPS limit helps, so long as there is one. I cap the games to 150 FPS in nVidia Control Panel's 3D settings menu, which exceeds the capability of any of my displays. AMD has a limiter as well called Frame Rate Target Control, but I personally haven't tried it. If you don't like vsync's input lag or it gives you frame pacing issues you can try this instead.
