Question: Are they actual, enterable shops that you can buy things from, or are they just there to spruce up the scenery? Both are OK, btw.
 
I don't see Planet Saints included here. It was shown in the Criminal Ventures showcase at 1:33 for a good 2 seconds.
There's also a donut shop shown in here at 0:11, not sure about "Badlands" at 0:16.
I've also noticed a Better Call Saul reference in here at 0:12 next to the ilesOil sign, not sure if it's an actual business or just an easter egg, they could be like Legal Lee in SR1 and SR2. Although it might just be for the ad space, I think I've seen the "You Want It, Don't You?" tagline in some other footage as well.
