So I've been looking all around for a mod that adds the ZPD Police outfit because the old Steelport police one is dated and not used by any NPCs in saints row 4 and I found a mod that adds it but it's for saints row the third. So what I could do is port it over but i don't know how and i don't have the tools. So if someone cold help give me instructions that are not 30 paragraphs long with the tools needed please post it below.
