Basically this mod combines various palettes, adding a total of 568 colours.
Palettes included are from the following.
Saints Row 2
Saints Row The Third
Saints Row IV
IdolNinja and Firespite's Extra clothing and makeup colors
and
Singa's "Many more clothing colors"

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Extract the .xtbl from the .rar
Just drop the file into your game directory.
It's really not that hard.

Nice job! I strongly suggest changing the "white" RBG value to 200,200,200. I know you already have a true white in there, but it would be nice to have the vanilla white be improved so it can show on existing tems.

Hm, for some reason this mod messes up the colors for the Steelport Heroine outfit. When you make the pants black, the sides are blue, and when you make it white, the sides of the pants are the opposite of the torso part. But other than that, great mod!
