Portable F-69 VTOL Missile Launcher

you just have to extract parameters files from vpp_pc package files and tweak the files that need to be modified. Have you got an idea of a mod? tell me and i will try to make it if i'm able to

Yes i do have a mod I want for the VTOL I want it to shoot cyber blaster bullets from the misson deckers.die.Make it shoot cyber blaster bullets from the laser.
