I've heard that the Mehrman was originally in Saints Row 2. In fact, a tweet by Brian Mehrman confirms that there is actually a model for it, but it was removed. I'm not sure if the Mehrman still lurks the files, and I'm sure if it did there'd already be a mod out for it. If the Mehrman's model is still in the files, it would make for a very interesting discovery.

I've made a Mehrman in Saints Row 2, but looks more like the Universal Monster Gillman but he looks more amphibian than piscine.
The only “model” that even remotely resembles the mehrman In sr2 is the dead body hiding underground in the saints hideout in a bundle of trash. And it’s very low poly or well very low res to say the least.
