1. Download vpp_pc file
2. Drop vpp_pc file to Saints Row 4\mods (if you don't have "mods" folder, create it)

hi how R U I hope You Fine I installed one of borderlands collection mods character and create The mods File in SRIV directory and copy the vpp_pc to the folder when I enter the game and didn't find any thing. Did I do something wrong

If you don't have "mods" folder create it. Also what version of the game do you have?
