My Steelport emulator

Can't seem to get it to work correctly with SR4 Inauguration Station. I can login but it won't upload. It keeps timing out.

The emulator gives me "Received an alert: CloseNotify" if that's helpful.
(It's probably because Inauguration Station is based on an out of date version.)

@Minimaul thanks for the release but I have been having a few issues,

1. It only worked one time, yes only one time and that was it.
2. I did every step that was posted here and sadly it still did not work.
3. "Random timing out" no idea why I am getting this.
4. Random signing me out, I have no idea.

I had this too but after deleting the mods stored in the workshop subdirectorys
it worked.

I've not tried it with the Inauguration Station, but it ought to work...

I'll give it a try.

Edit: Aha, I see why.

I've released version 1.1.

This fixes support for the Initiation and Inauguration Stations.

Funny thing is I got it to work now, even with workshop items. Here is how I did it, waited for the "connected to my Steelport emulator!" message to scroll across the screen until it reaches the middle of my screen then loaded a save game or new game logged in and downloaded my character worked like a charm even with mods.

I was wondering, if I could set this up on PC and this DNS method https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic...-jumped-in-trophy-after-the-servers-shutdown/ to get it to work on Xbox? So it try to connect to a fake DNS linked to this Steelport Emulator.

Or am I being to optimistic and simplifying it too much.

This doesn't work with 360 or PS3.

On 360, all API traffic is tunnelled through LIVE. You can't intercept/change this without having a hacked 360.

On PS3, all API traffic has a PSN ticket attached. The server is expected to validate and sign this PSN ticket or something, and the info required to do that isn't public - you'd need a key and the ability to talk to sony's PSN services to do it.
