$1 Weapon Upgrades for all Weapons?

I want to speed run SR4
already have all the achievements
i want a mod similar to this mod:

But for SR4
also include DLC weapons as well as i already have all DLC for SR4
with the expectation of TF2 pre-order dlc

so...I tried to do myself but some reason causing it to crash at startup then i discover via tool ALL DLC's weapons are separate weapon_upgrade.xbls
not sure what i did wrong i did exactly as this guy did
