How extracted animations from Saints Row Games?

I'm developing a game similar to Saints Row on Unreal Engine 4. The plot tells the story of the war of criminal groups in Russia, Yekaterinburg 1990's. I really want to use some elements for my game taken from Saints Row, mostly animations. I would be very grateful if you could help me extract character animations from Saints Row 2 or 3.

I know there are ways to extract 3D models from Saints Row 2.3 and 4, but is it possible to extract them along with the skeleton and animations?
