The main problem I had with the Superman part (Which I don't think looks any good) is retaining the likeness in the face. I used the mischief suit for the outfit, chose blue skin to make the outfit appear to have long sleeves.
Finally I had to use the all over makeup with the closest skin color I could get for the face while fading the opacity against the blue skin. The result is a guy with heavily applied lumpy face makeup.
