Modding Skyrim's time of day/ weather

I was thinking about making a time of day/ weather mod for the game but I haven't got used to the Creation Kit yet.

If there are anyone here who've ever modded the game, please fill me in some info on how things work?

Download TESEdit5 and some weather mods on the nexus and install the stuff after installing you can compare the weather mods by loading them into tes5editor and you will see what they do and you can edit them or make your own mod.I suggest to experiment with the tes5edit first before touching the sdk because the sdk can change the nodes of the
Skyrim map easy and that could damage the complete game.

Try to experiment with ENBs, just to see if any ENB compliments your mod and color scheme, or create your own. (its fun to do.)
A lot of people on the Nexus, can't live without them, and some weather mods (like Mangaclub's Vivid weathers) actually recommend them
and made their own too.
