File 'customization_items.xtbl'

Hello. I'm new modifying the Saints Row games. I've noticed that there are many Mods with the same file called 'customization_items.xtbl'

When installing several Mods at the same time that contain the same file ... I have had problems because the Mods do not appear complete or the characters appear without heads, things like that.

I just wanted to know if you can use each time only one Mod that modifies the 'customization_items.xtbl' file?? or can the Mods with the same file be combined in any way?
