Save Editor for SR:IV?

I wonder if there is any save editor for SR:IV game? I searched a lot of the internet but I did not find one for PC.
I used before "Save Editor C" although it is for SR:TT and does not work for SR:IV.
Can anyone direct me to editor for SR:IV for PC (If anything exists at all) Or would anyone undertake to create one? I think for a large part of the community this would be a useful program.

No. The save file format is completely different.
