thx very much for this mod shitface. btw can anyone describe the difference between those 5 options? hard to tell from the pictures. is that 1 & 3 have brighter nights? 2 is foggy? would be nice if someone can briefly describe the differences. thx in advance

if i don't want the Notoriety, shall i remove the files notoriety.xtbl, notoriety_levels.xtbl, & notoriety_spawn.xtbl? the thing that get on my nerve is the police buffs, i really enjoy tossing police around and make them shield.
