I actually have not tested my camera mod on a jetski or that mission specifically yet (I haven't adjusted the jetski cam at all). I believe it's a game bug since it's a common bug in the vanilla camera for SR3 and SR2 but I'll let you know if I find out what the problem is. Thanks for your feedback!

It's pulled back just a tiny bit but yes it's intentional. Same for crouching, since there's no actual crouching in GTA V, I just used the cover camera from that game which is the same for both views (sorry for the late response).
