I cant find the download for Agility Mod

In that all it does is make you jump normally but launch in a "Slow-Motion" type thing.

Okay so I want to request a mod that lets you jump really high when you enable it (Like a cheat?) I don't mean ridiculously high like the top of the world :eek: , But I mean high enough to jump on top of a house. Are there any mods like this? Or can someone easily make one?
