    I also get random notoriety stars, I have no idea what causes this but maybe these issues are related

    Little to no traffic in game

    Like the title says, I have little to no traffic in game. I see a couple cars here and there, but Steelport is mostly a ghost town, even the highways are empty. Does anyone know a fix?
