Not just you, the same thing happens to me too. The shadows and everything move but the sky doesn't change at all for me, I did write a comment similar to this in the past but deleted it 'cause I didn't get any replies.

Personally I play the legacy version and the gameplay fps is fine but in cutscenes it looks noticeably choppy, plus the vehicle sound delay bug makes a return.

Slick when you can PLEASE don't give up on this, I've been wanting SR3 TOD's in SR4 my whole life and I'd be absolutely devastated if this was cancelled. I saw the screenshots and was taken aback by how good it looked, please continue your work on this when you can.

Decided to remake the thread here as I'm still working out the kinks. Installation: Move the preload_anim.vpp_pc file from my mod to packfiles>pc>cache and replace the original. (Don't forget to backup the original file.) Important Notes: It's required you use this with shitface's NPC...

I've gotten a lot of progress done, though I'm having trouble finding the file name's for the standing player animations. I've been looking, replacing and testing for hours but can't seem to find them. If anyone knows what the file name's are, I can finally replace them and finish this mod.

Before writing my previous comment, I have actually used Thomas' tools before but kept running into issues like the game not launching. Fortunately I've gotten it to work, now I've got to add the dual wielding idle animations, melee idle animations, and finally walking melee animations then this...

I was able to put both Kinzie's and Gat's animations in by putting the preload_anim file from GOOH in SRIV, the only issue I ran into was Garage doors not opening. If anyone knows a solution to fix this, please let me know.

Sadly IdolNinja is no longer with us, (May God rest his soul.) The issue you're having is likely a conflicting mod or something else as I'm not currently experiencing this problem.
