I used mod that increases generator disabling speed, now i removed it and it still freezes. It freezes randomly. Can freeze during the cutscene, can freeze during some fights

Hello guys, the problem is, when I'm playing grand finale mission, game freezes after 5-10 minutes of playing this mission. When I'm free-roaming, game works just fine. Any ideas? P.S. I don't use any of alien-tech weapons
