Any news on the marked dlc characters yet?

Sorry, I'm trying to make sense out of this dilemma :/

So, if the dlc's are all over then why are some of the homies that are marked as dlc still not been confirmed that they won't be used in the actual game?

Well, IdolNinja has confirmed that the final dlc packs are now out but not the homies dlc. If there is no homies dlc coming out then why would they be marked as dlc?

Is it possible to create one of the Saints Row characters like Carlos and put them in SRIV when the SDK is out?

@colyn16 Lin and Sharp I believe are the other two homies that are marked as a dlc. That's it for now and there won't be anymore dlc missions to be made so most likely there will be a homies pack as a dlc.

Someone said on fl1ppy's youtube video about the rumored SR5 that there will be a homies dlc pack (Viola, Dane, Mr. Sunshine, etc.) coming up.

I'm really hoping there will be a dlc where all the past Saints Row characters can be used as your homies
