This mod unlocks the choice based unlockables at the endgame, with a high cost. The Unlockables DLC will no longer automatically unlock every choice based unlockable at the start, but now they are unlocked at the endgame stage and it will cost some money to get them.

When I unlock an upgrade in SR3, it locks some collectables.
