I have the same problem with my weapons cache screen locked up and showing nothing, after I deleted what I thought were the mods. Verifying it with steam didn't fix it. edit: fixed just by deleting more stuff and verifying. Or do as idolninja says in the other thread and delete all these file...

Don't see how the voice can be added. You'd need a script and the voice actor Tara Platt. I guess someone could try to pass off their own version of all that but it would be pretty unlikely. That was my favorite voice from the last game so trust me I was disappointed.
