Notoriety_Ped_Level_0 Notoriety_Ped_Level_1 Notoriety_Ped_Level_2 Notoriety_Ped_Level_3 Notoriety_Ped_Level_4 Notoriety_Ped_Level_5 in tweak_table.xtbl I haven't tested it much, but when I set the number to 0, there were almost no pedestrians. When I set it to 6, they spawned very quickly.

I think you can make people spawn quicker at least, by raising the Notoriety_Ped_Level_ numbers. Also in character.xtbl I changed the saints to be on <Team>Civilian</Team> so that there are even more pedestrians.

Any way to get pedestrians to always be fleeing? I'm trying to make the game into craziness but pedestrians keep spawning in the middle of everything just walking around, while someone next to them is on fire, which makes no sense Or instead, if I could get pedestrians to not spawn so close to...

Cool mod! Is there a way to fight the biker army without triggering Zin notoriety? I keep locking Zin notoriety, then enabling biker notoriety, but Zin come back. If I then lock zin the biker notoriety disappears. They remain angry if I attack them, but they spawn much less.

I feel like last time I played I remember being able to run through the solid walls of buildings somehow. But I can't find a noclip mod / cheat anywhere. Is there any way? (Sorry for making 2 threads today but I just re-installed this)

I enjoy making very different characters but it is hard to manage them with the game's save system, since all saves are named the same generic names, and I can only have 1 character per save. Is there any character manager? Or, does anyone have a good idea for how to manage my characters...
