The train tracks go over Arapice Island and and Loren Square as well, but yeah it doesn't really make a difference. The railway system in SR3/4 isn't very fleshed out. It's there to add to the scenery and not to make sense.
From what I remember the one in SR2 and 1 is even smaller.
If you're a...
Can't believe we got stuck for so long because of something so stupid. Thank you for figuring this out. I might come back to an old project of mine whenever I've got time.
EDIT: I checked my folders again and I was indeed using Rev 96 as well, completely oblivious to the fact that there was an...
Considering that this is exactly what I'm doing with other people's mods, I'd say you can go ahead and do whatever you want with mine. I'm only asking for credit.
About the mod:
This mod is a revisited version of [Debris Stay Mod] v.1 originally released for the SRTT Remaster and made by V4.
The original mod really does a good job at making the game both more fun and more realistic. However, because ALL props are set to never disappear, there are a...
About the mod:
This mod is a revisited version of the file made by Hikari from the "Hats not to disappear while entering a vehicle" thread.
Like other similar mods this one will allow your character to keep their hat (no matter how big) while driving a vehicle. Additionally, and unlike other...

A while ago I tried to import the Zombie models from SR4 into SR3 following this guide Replacing NPCs with SR4 models. However after following all the steps to a T, the peds I had given the new models always refused to...
Basically I'm trying to change the vehicles driven by the enemies and my allies in Heli Assault, change the NPCs used in Escort, Snatch, etc, and change a few of the enemies and enemy vehicles in some missions.
I've searched in the files like m17.lua for missions and _a_es_ne_03.xtbl for...
That's a bit weird. Looking at the vanilla file, the chains should be visible when wearing Dressed To Impress.
The way to do it yourself is the following :
-extract customization_items.xtbl
-open it with a text editor
-each line it the file represents an item, find the one you want using this...
About the mod:
This mod is a port of Remove lock drift/nitro camera that was released for SRIV.
The original mod as well as this port both simply stop the camera from being glued to the rear of your vehicle when doing a drift, a burnout or when using the nitro.
List of all the changes:
Even...
