Throwing my hat in too, I had this one happen to me as well, exact same place as the OP. Switching my weapon loadout is what got me past the issue. Really strange.

I was curious as to how the in-game user interface was created? What files and tools would be necessary in order to modify them or make additions/changes? Say to add a new page to the cell phone or insert new menu options into already existing menus.

I imagine it'll take a little bit to make the console available, but do you guys have a list/reference of commands laying around you could post? That would be awesome.
